What counts as a job?

One generation is one click of Generate. The table shows the total credits and included outputs for each tool's default settings. Changing the model, output count, resolution or finishing steps updates the total before you start. Restyle creates one image for 10 credits. Your monthly allowance and purchased credits fund the same tools.

What are 2-step enhance and 3-step animate?

These optional steps are available on every plan. For a generation with two starting images, 2-step enhance adds 2 credits and returns two additional refined images. 3-step animate adds 4 credits and creates clips from the results. Both are included in the default Text to Image and Image Edit totals above. Turn either off to see the lower total. If a bonus step fails or is refused, its credits are refunded.

Which AI models are included?

All of them, on every plan. Our own EZ Image and EZ Image Edit engines, OpenAI GPT Image 2.5 Flare and Sunburst, Google Nano Banana 2, Krea 2 Turbo and Medium, FLUX 2 and Qwen Image Edit. Plans differ only in monthly credits, the half-price EZ engines and how many jobs run at once — never in which model you may pick.

How many jobs can I run at once?

Free users: 2 at a time. Lite subscribers: 4 at a time. PRO and MAX subscribers run with no concurrency limit, so big batches drain fastest.

Do credits expire?

Accepted Answer

Credits from a one-time pack never expire and carry over indefinitely. Credits that come with a plan are a monthly allowance — they reset at the start of each billing period and don't bank. The 40 free monthly credits work the same way, refreshing on the 1st of each month.

Question 6

Can I use credits and a subscription together?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and pack credits you already own are safe — they stay in your account. Your plan's monthly allowance is spent first, and only once it runs out does a job draw on your pack credits, so the credits you paid for outright are the last to go. Lite includes 900, PRO includes 2000, and MAX includes 6000 credits every month. Subscribers also pay half price on the EZ engines (EZ Image and EZ Image Edit) and unlock draft video renders at roughly two-thirds off.

Can I switch plans or pay yearly?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or move between monthly and yearly from Manage subscription; Stripe prorates the difference. Yearly billing is two months free, and the credits still arrive monthly.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel Lite, PRO, or MAX at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Stripe securely handles payment. Checkout shows major cards, Link, and eligible wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay based on your device and location.

What happens if a generation fails?

Accepted Answer

You only pay for images that arrive. Credits for failed outputs, refused prompts and skipped bonus steps are returned to your balance automatically, usually within a minute of the job finishing.

What resolution are the output images?

Accepted Answer

Every tier exports watermark-free with no per-tier downscaling. Generations come out around 1024px, grid tools auto-upscale each output to 2048px, and the AI Image Upscaler can take anything to 4K.
